Isekichidon Sochu (伊勢吉どん) has an unique aroma of potatoes. It is 83% sweet potato distillate and 17% of it are high quality rice (Hinohikari Rice). Full-bodied Umami and just a small gulp brings out the sweetness of potatoes in your mouth. Flavors are even more pronounced when mixed with hot water.
