Our Toji (brewery master), Takakura was chosen as “Modern Master craftsman”. He’s really strict for brewing and sensitive about fermentation. He keeps staying in the brewery with his sleeping bag all through the brewing season. From his effort and our 100 years of craftsmanship, we could launch this “Spectacular” sake “S”.
